Terms of Service

Storyloom is personally operated by Emanuele Pavanello, an independent operator reachable at hi@emadev.co. These terms govern access to Storyloom Studio. By creating an account or publishing a story, you agree to them.
Accounts and AI providers
You are responsible for your account and for the OpenRouter key you connect. Storyloom uses that key only for generation you request. OpenRouter usage, prices and model availability are governed by OpenRouter’s own terms.
Your content
You retain your rights. You grant Storyloom a non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce and display content only as needed to operate the service. For public stories this includes making the selected text and media available to the public until you unpublish them.
You must have every right needed to upload, transform and, when selected, publish the work. Do not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive, abusive or privacy-violating material.
Public and private projects
Private projects are accessible only through the owning account. Public publication is proposed during creation but requires an explicit rights declaration. You can change visibility later. Search engines and third parties may retain copies of content that was public.
Moderation
A sufficiently specific report temporarily hides the identified story. The operator reviews it manually and may restore or remove it. Reports and decisions must be diligent, proportionate and made in good faith; affected users may respond through the contact address.
Availability and liability
The service and AI-generated output are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability or identity consistency. Review generated material before publishing it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the service. Questions, complaints and legal notices may be sent to hi@emadev.co. Mandatory rights and remedies under the law applicable to you are not limited by these terms.
